Furnace stopped working on one of the coldest days of the year. They had Jerry out the same day. He is very polite and professional. We are so happy with the service and that our house is nice and warm.

Jerry was prompt, courteous, and professional. He explained the issue and fixed it right away. He also showed me a setting on my smart thermostat that helped the unit run more efficiently.

Getting a new furnace was never going to be fun, but Superior got Patrick out right away for an inspection, the next morning Scott gave me an estimate with tiered options, and they installed it the same day. Zach, Jake, and Cody were great.

John G. showed up within an hour after I called for hot water heater issues. He changed out the heating element. He was thorough and provided details, options, and tips to prevent further damage in the future. Definitely recommend Superior and John G. for water heater repair.

Your superior service technician John Gost diagnosed my issue very well and presented my options. Very knowledgeable and kind. He arrived quickly!
I would have preferred to have the work done by him, but I feel the quote plus service call fee was too steep. 465$ plus $110 for a 35$ slip on tub spout.
So while was more than satisfied with your technician John, I’m sad to say your prices will inhibit me from calling you in the future. But your trucks are cute.

Our Tech Daniel came to assist with our tankless hot water heater. Very friendly. Professional, and very knowledgeable. Great experience will call for any future work that needs to be done. Had Daniel out again to put in the new Tankless Water Hester since the last one was defective. Still 5 star service he is very friendly and professional and keeps you updated on everything. Danny Mergenthal, was a very courtesy gentleman. He has great customers service skills. Greeted me with a smile and is friendly. He knew right away what to fixed and cleaned up behind himself. Very knowledgeable and that is a plus with me.

My husband and I had our new furnace installed today. We are so satisfied. We love it. The service technicians Jesse and C.J. arrived right on time. Very nice, and professional. Cleaned up everything nicely when they finished the job. Will be using superior again. Wonderful job.

Teddy & Danny from Superior Service were great. Very professional in their communication and kept the working area clean. They recommended a contractor for updating our bathroom since we had to replace a couple walls anyway. They replaced our main stack & all the pipes & worked with the contractor coordinating getting everything back in working order. They also installed a new garage disposal too. I definitely recommend Superior Services.

These guys were able to send someone out on short notice when our AC wasn't working on a particularly hot day. Korey was friendly, easy to talk to, and very efficient. He diagnosed and fixed the problem all in about an hour, and even talked to me about switching smart thermostats to help avoid problems in the future.
Very happy with their service and looking forward to working with them in the future.
UPDATE: Had to make a service call to check up on our furnace. Jerry provided service this time and received the same friendly, professional service we're used to!

Patrick arrived on time and accessed the problem regarding the heating mechanism. After his diagnosis, he replaced the themostat. Lastly, Patrick exhibited proficient professionalism during his visit

We want to thank Scott, Jesse, Jake and CJ. Our heater broke down and we had no heat. This was Sunday. We called and Superior was here within an hour or so. We had to have a new unit put in and this was Monday.

Our furnace stopped working when the lows were near zero. Superior was able to send Dave out within a few hours of my call. He quickly diagnosed the problem, drove to get the part (covered under warranty), came back and installed it. The house was heating up again within hours of my first call. Thanks Dave!

Nick Copeland did a fantastic job with my pest control. I was having a problem with centipedes. Nick did the initial treatment, the centipedes stopped appearing. I am so very grateful that superior is now doing control. Nick also explained everything to me during the process.
